powerPLAY- Power yoga is an active, vigorous combination of standing & sitting poses which link physical movement, deep breathing techniques, and meditation together.
intermediatePLAY- a more advanced version of liquidPLAY with more inversions, arm balances and transitions worked into the flow.

sundaynightSLOWDOWN (restorative yoga)- pause, take a deep breath, peel back the layers of distraction and reconnect to your truest self.
floorPLAY (yin yoga)- Yin yoga poses apply moderate stretch to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.
